We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our multi-channel digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creative strategist and data analyst—someone who can craft compelling campaign copy while deeply analyzing performance metrics to maximize ROI. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, managing campaigns across search, social, and email ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major networks, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve organic rankings, keyword visibility, and traffic.
- Social Media & Brand Growth: Oversee social media channels to build brand equity, foster community engagement, and distribution of marketing assets.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, manage lead nurturing workflows, and segment email lists for maximum conversion.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing page layouts, CTAs, and audience targeting to improve conversion funnels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience running successful digital marketing campaigns, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce spaces.
- Paid Acquisition: Hands-on experience managing and scaling paid budgets on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- SEO Tools: Proficiency with SEO and keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4.
- Copywriting: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write high-converting ad copy, landing page content, and email sequences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to turn raw metrics into actionable growth insights and marketing strategies.
- Self-Management: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and workflow tools (e.g., Hubspot, Mailchimp, or n8n).
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) to quickly iterate on ad creatives.
- Experience with B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach automation, or account-based marketing (ABM).
